[Elecraft] K2 S/n 4023 High current all bands

I don't think the output transistors are blown. I am getting RF
output at terminal 3 of the output transformer on every band when I =
DON'T
connect this transformer to the LP filters and use a 50 ohm load at =
terminal
3 instead. Current is running 1.8-1.9 amps on CW on every band. That =
is
consistent. =20

I pulled the RF detector resistor, the series 1.5K, and reconnected =
terminal 3 of the output transformer to the LP filter switches. The =
current is still high. I checked and resoldered ALL filter joints. I =
double checked capacitor values for all bands.=20

I checked for proper relay operation and continuity by again pulling =
terminal 3 of the output transformer so I could get other than a short =
to ground. I checked contact operation for through connection and for =
grounding. I confirmed that only one relay is active on each band, that =
there are not two LP filters connected in parallel. I also checked for =
shorted capacitors on each band.=20

My confusion is that the high current is NOT band sensitive, it is =
exactly
the same 5.1 amps on all bands.
What else?
