I finally took the time to open the box 3 weeks ago,
although I bought it at HamCom last June.  What a neat
little rig!  I've gotten some great signal reports and
am having a blast operating it.  I've still got a few
options left to do: SSB, Noise Blanker and 160 meter
kit.  Reading the instructions for the SSB option, it
looks like I should have left 
the filter crystals unsoldered on the left side.  Hope
this isn't a problem.  I noticed on one of the recent
posts that someone had the foresight to solder the
ground leads to the crystals on that side prior 
to installation.  Wish I had done that.

Thanks for the post on the W5JH paddles.  Got mine on
order today.
