[Elecraft] OT - Paddle Recommendations

It's a bit more than $100 - $150, in fact - but my new Kent TP-1 is
absolutely wonderful. Got it last week, along with a Logikey K3 keyer and
couple other things, and since then I've worked half a dozen new (for me)
countries, including Mongolia. I attribute it all to the new key.... well,
maybe the new FT-1000 has SOMETHING to do with it! grin. But I do really
like them. I was going to get, and still may, a Begalli Simplex to tide me
over until my name comes up for my March paddles, but the only real thing
the Begalli offers, besides being about $4.00 cheaper, is closer spacing of
the finger pieces.

Otherwise I'd say, for the money, the K8RA paddles are probably what you're
looking for. http://www.k8ra.com/ I'd also recommend you stay away from the
Benchers.
