[Elecraft] KAT2 SPACER LOCKWASHER PLACEMENT

Hello all,

         Early on, the KAT2 manual says to put the spacer lockwashers in one 
place. Later in final asembly it seems to contradict that earlier placement.

         Just where should the lockwashers be for both spacers 
inside/outside?.........THANKS...Ken,  W2GIW.
