[Elecraft] KRC2 Question

Let me try to explain. The KRC2 must be configured for BCD input by
setting the W1-3 jumpers properly. The BCD data is fed into the BCD I/O
pins from the computer or rig. The KRC2's MCU periodically checks this
input, and when it sees something change, it outputs the proper relay
information to the output drivers. It's really that simple.

While its in this mode, though, it pays no attention to the serial port
or the auxbus. It is just "locked in" on the BCD input. Also, in any
other band input mode, those pins are set for output, so you really do
have to set the configuration jumpers.

And lastly, there is a bug in the V1.0 code that prevents this form
operating properly. V1.1 should be out within a couple of weeks, so if
you have been trying to use this mode and it doesn't work right, help
is very near!

If you have any other questions, just ask.
