[Elecraft] DMM Recommendations

I can't remember what I paid for it but my Fluke 79 III is the best meter I've ever
owned. My wife recommended it and ,even though I thought it was a bit expensive,
she was absolutely correct. But how could I argue with a woman who was a process
engineer for 17 years in defect metrology? All that training and I am supposed to
second guess her? With a modicum of discretion and my handy Visa card I purchased
what I was told. It works and you can't beat that.
