[Elecraft] Marote 2.2 available. Now with Xlog support

The latest version of Marote is 2.2 and it is now available for download.
This version can now log directly to Xlog.  This is a really nice feature when 
contesting.  I also fixed some small usability bugs.  

I have just updated my web page with new v2.2 screenshots as well.
