[Elecraft] #4595 Progress

Good evening everyone.

Finished the control board for K2 #4595 and all looks good.....I think. I have Pin 13 on U6 and Pin 15 and 16 on U8  showing 0.F on the DMM with the Megohm scale. From the archives this appears to be common with some DMM's when the resistance is infinite. The meter is on auto-range and with these three pins the decimal doesn't even budge, just no change at all just like the meter was just turned on and the test leads not in use. 

So with this being said I presume all is well. I have checked the soldering, rechecked the soldering and checked it again. 

Any thoughts?

 PS, finished the front panel and all the checks were in the green.
