[Elecraft] WA3WSJ: Appalachian Trail Operation on Saturday, 8/28

Hello all,

I will hike up to Pulpit Rock this Saturday and operate my K1 on
7.040mhz and 14.060mhz. If you hear me, work me. I will be using a
VBWFPA and my K1 at 3w. I will hike the two miles straight up the
mountain to Pulpit Rock elevation of 1580' and then set up and operate.
I should be on the air around 1500utc until around 1800utc. I will have
my hiking buddy Trevor(dog)with me too. Please note that all contacts
made will count towards your Nomad Award and your AT Award.
