[Elecraft] Help figuring out missing part

I seem to be missing a cap in my K2 serial 4331. There are a couple parts in
question. C198 and C22.

I believe this small light blue cap to be C22 http://www.ctiowa.com/part.jpg

If that is C22, can someone tell me what C198 looks like?  Is it a ceramic
disc?
