[Elecraft] T33C QSL's

Yep, a number of people haven't received their T33C QSL's yet.

Due to a snafu at Friedrichstafen, I ended up with everything
necessary for the NA/SA/OC cards, but the cards themselves.  I've sent
out about 200 envelopes so far, but am currently waiting on more blank
cards from Europe.

OTOH, I have no labels nor cards from you, so your stuff is all in
Europe (or on the way).

   I worked them with 10 band mode combos and sent a donation, but have 
   seen nothing yet ... but the 425 DX News has been saying that the QSL's 
   have been coming out since early July....
