[Elecraft] What tuning knob is best on K2

Although more and more my rigs are controlled by software, I still 
like to tune that knob a bit. But the more I'm around other rigs, the 
less satisfied I am with the stock K2 tuning knob

Do you have a recommended favorite that is plug-to-plug exchangeable 
and available. That is, I've heard praise of the Yeasu knob, but also 
that it isn't available from any supplier anymore. Also, I read one 
article about a substitution which required an additional "fiber" 
washer - don't want that.

The Argo V knob looks very similar, anyone know if that will work?
