[Elecraft] SCS modems with a K2

We used a PTCPro with a K2 on the T33C trip, and the radio and modem
worked just fine for log uploads.  

I've also used my PTC-IIe with my K2/100 with the EA3BLQ mod to make a
6pin digital mode mini-Din attachment point.  I wired it such that it
matches the equivalent mini-DIN on the FT-817 and IC706MKIIG, so I can
use the same cable for any of them.
