[Elecraft] KX1 Trouble Shooting Help Needed

Hello Everybody.

We have reached the Alignment and Testing Part I as outlined in the manual.
It was very exciting when we turned on the LED and saw that bright glow.
Turning on the main power switch however was not as exciting (yet.)

There was no smoke, no burning smell or warm components, but there also was
no LED display.  The voltage checks all came out OK

Any suggestions as to where to begin ... or potential typical downfalls that
we may have stumbled onto.
