[Elecraft] Elecraft Awards Announcement

Folks,

Just an addendum to the announcement.  I have received a couple e-mails
on something that I guess I did not make sufficiently clear.  This is
not only a QRP operating award; it IS an Elecraft operating award.  All
you good people out there with K2/100's are also eligible for this.

Sorry if I caused any confusion.  If I did, I guess that is because,
more often than not, I myself am confoozed!
