I wanted to point out that this award was the great idea of Larry, 
himself--our new awards administrator. As you'll soon see, he did a 
beautiful job on the certificate.

So: who will be the first to claim this highly-prized new wallpaper? I 
remember getting the ARRL Ragchewing award back in the early 70s as a 
novice. It was my first-ever award, and certainly the easiest to 
obtain. With this new Elecraft version, the tradition of great on-air 
chats continues.
