[Elecraft] K2 4196 control board issue

Thanks, kinda what I expected.  Looking at the schematic, there's not 
much that can go wrong in that area except a short or open on the board, 
and then your readings would be waaay off, not just a little bit. 
Onward through the fog!  I'm about halfway through the front panel board 
now.  Nice kit!
