[Elecraft] transverters for 6m

I would like to hear from people who have built and used the Elecraft 6m
transverter.

With the SSB Electronics LT6S out of production, and Kuhne not planning
a 6m tranverter, it seems the choices are either Elecraft or Down East
Microwave.

My goal is for long haul Dxing (ie. Europe from the deep east coast USA)
and EME, so the receive qualities (especially noise figure) are
critical.  Yes, please don't tell my wife about the EME part!
