Hi Tom,

Most of us could configure our e-mail service to send the same type of
garbage that this guy configured his service to send.  But most of us don't
because we are gentlemen.

The silly nonsense that some wish the rest of us to put up with for the
**honor** of sending them a message is astounding.   I always write off
these arrogant internet bumpkins, unless I find out they just didn't know
any better.
