We've certainly beat this topic into submission :-) Its an important issue, 
but the main  points have been made. Let's let it rest for now so we can get 
back on the air ;-)

Also, please remember to snip most of the copied text from your replies. (2-3 
sentences is enough to retain context.) This thread was an excellent example 
of keeping too much copied text (usually all of it..), in turn flooding 
everyone's mailbox with multiple copies of every post. This makes it extremely 
hard to read the list when it is received in digest form.
