[Elecraft] K2 output trouble

Greetings
I've been having problems over the last couple of weeks with a pulsing =
power problem when I apply carrier to tune up. The power goes from max =
down to a watt or so. It has been getting worse and today started to =
pulse when I was using SSB. I checked the 2sc2166 and the output =
transistors. The DC conditions appear to be correct but I am now getting =
no output at all on and the power control has no effect. I've scoped the =
2sc2166 and I'm getting a good signal on the collector, but hardly =
anything on the bases of the output pair and no output of any =
consequence on the collectors. Up until this fault occured the K2 has =
been performing perfectly. Any ideas appreciated
