No. Try Mouser, my other primary supplier. Sometimes I get them mixed 
up. Mea Culpa.

Mouser p/n 382-0004 for 4mm knurled nut (this would be for 2.5mm 
submini plug/jack size)

Mouser p/n 382-0006 for 6mm knurled nuts (this would be for 3.5mm 
mini plug/jack size). 

Each USD $5.94.

Mouser didn't used to have a minimum order.

Maybe some entrepreneur could buy a dozen of each and resell them on 
the list.

I have both tools and they work reasonably well.

Sorry, my error on the source. Apologize for wasting your time. Been 
fifteen years since I've bought them.
