[Elecraft] lost SSB output, still have CW?

Hello,

    This weekend I installed the keying B/W mod and 2.04 chip upgrade on =
my K2, #3123. Everything seemed to go well and I put it back together.  =
While checking out that I had not lost my BFO settings and such, I =
happened to try out SSB and found that I have no output.  The LED no =
longer shows any sign of lighting any bars either on RF or ALC (on CW =
the LED works).  My power meter shows correct output on CW and no =
movement whatsoever on SSB.
    I took everything apart and re-checked what parts I had placed and =
that the trace was properly cut on the control board.  I then checked =
the SSB board according to its manual.  I can put it in the carrier Bal =
mode and hear myself in the headphones, But still no output when put =
back into a regular mode.  Do you have some ideas of what I can check =
next?
