[Elecraft] value of a ten-tec Omni VI with speaker / power supply?

Pardon this off topic question. I have an opportunity to acquire a group of
radio equipment for what I think is a good price, but have not found the
value of one piece of equipment. I need to make a decision today so I am
resorting to this list.

Can anyone tell me the value of a ten-tec Omni VI and the matching speaker /
power supply? I do not know how many optional filters it has.
