[Elecraft] K60XV alignment and test problem

I have K2 #3452 with all add-ons except the 100 watt amplifier. This
includes the new keying mod. The keying mod required me to upgrade two
firmwares -- and I also upgraded the KAT2 firmware when I got the K60VX kit.

On installing the K60XV and alignment, I had to direct frequency enter
5000Khz as described in the manual to get the 60m band (successfully
indicated on display). I then had to adjust L30 to get above 1.0 V on
5300kHz. This adjustment provided required voltages on all bands.

I then adjusted the K60VX trimmers to get max noise on 60 meters. There was
a definate max. When I switched to 40 meters I got a very quiet output and
was unable to adjust to get any difference.

I then set the POWER to 2 watts and attempted to tune into a dummy load. I
could not as it indicated Lo P. It now indicates Lo P on all bands.
Cranking the power up to 10 Watts still gave Lo P on all bands.

I checked for shorts on the output transistors and got open circuits between
collectors and ground for both. I carefully checked the K60VX board under a
magnifying glass and there are no shorts or cold solder joints. Diodes are
installed correctly and so are U1 and U2.

????? Any ideas what I should check next?
