[Elecraft] Safety Lanyard for the KX1

Here is a simple idea for a KX1 safety lanyard.
i made this safety lanyard after dropping my KX1 onto a rock while hiking. 
i also let the KX1 down on this lanyard when i have to write in my log.
i hold the KX1 in my left hand when sending.

i attached a swivel trigger snap (Standley 64-5016) to a short (4 ft) piece 
of cord.
This clips to a double lug attached to the bottom screw on the KX1.
The double lug is a steel link from a bicycle chain (it looks like a figure 
8).
This system leaves a very small lug on the bottom of the KX1 and the cord can 
be stowed away when the KX1 is on the desk.
Plus you don't have to unscrew a bottom screw to attach it.
(You don't want to be unscrewing the KX1 bottom screws when you are 
out in the snow).
