I doubt if they are QRP. Their web page says they are using seven
K2/100s with six ACOM-1000 amplifiers, although they have been pretty
weak when I have worked them. They do have very good ears (and
probably little noise) and came right back to my 5 watts on 17m.
There have been several reports on the DX reflectors that the online
log has had problems with both extra indicated dupes and missing QSOs.
It shows an extra 40M contact for me while my 15M contact is missing.
