[Elecraft] K2 #4156 VCO test

Hello everyone,

I am ex - WB8LKL and am studying to re-license.
I am building K2 # 4156. Everything has gone well until getting to the =
VCO test. Freq. reading is unstable at about 3.9 Mhz. Voltage tests =
revealed the following.

RF board
U4; pin 5 - 0V (should be 5)
    pin 7 - 5V (should be 0)
    occasionally while testing, pin 7 goes to 5V also. Power down and it =
returns to 0V.
    pin 13 - 0V

U5; pin 1 - 5V
    pin 2 - 0V

U6; pin 6 - 0V

Control Board
U6; pin 18 - 5V
    pin 24 - 0V
    pin 25 - 5V
    pin 33 - 0V
    pin 35 - 0V
    pin 36 - 5V
    pin 38 - .03V

All other voltages seem OK and everything worked great up to this test. =
Have gone over all connections several times, re-heated a few =
connections that might have been cold, but really have found nothing. =
Any help will be greatly appreciated and will keep my XYL from thinking =
I wasted the MONEY!
