The DXpedition to Banaba Island (T33C) is using K2/KPA100s with amplifiers. I just worked them with K2 #3273 on 18080 (QSX +5) running 5 watts to a vertical. T33C was fading in and out, so I'll give the credit to the good ears on the other end. 73, Bob N7XY
