Paul,
With an RF rated scope like you have, you can clip a foot or two of hookup
wire to the end of a Scope probe.   By trial either the X10 or X1 probe
should give you enough pickup near the RF circuits to view on the trace.

Direct connection can load down an RF circuit with capacitance.   But, if
you have too much wire for an "antenna" on the probe, that can pick up too
much signal from surrounding circuits, so you experiment for the best
desired resultant signal.
