Spectrogram version 5.17 is available on Tom Hammond's webpage
www.qsl.net/n0ss, look about 2/3 the way down the page for the link.

You can also use SpectrumLab for the task - it is free in its most recent
version and has several other features that you may find interesting.

If you have trouble downloading it, drop me a line off-reflector and I will
e-mail a copy to you.
