[Elecraft] KPA/100 Hi Cur problem

Just finished KPA board,  double checked all joints ec, but cannot complete 
SWR Bridge null adjustment ( page 44). Display says "Hi Cur" and 0.1 ,  1.0-1 
which seems a default condx, and altering C1 has no effect.
Can anyone suggest possible faults - remedies ?
