[Elecraft] New Elecraft Related Project

I am working on a new Elecraft related project; a companion external speaker
for the K2 housed in an EC-2.  My work to date, under Wayne Burdick's
supervision and encouragement, has seen the project develop to the point
where I will shortly be requiring a select group of Elecraft enthusiasts to
test the prototype and subsequently assemble the pre-production units.  I am
soliciting the reflector for potential candidates.

While Wayne and Eric have reviewed the work-to-date, they are both otherwise
involved in development and operational activities. Thus, the bulk of
the development, pre-production and component sourcing will fall to me.
Elecraft MAY become involved in production, sales and distribution once the
product has proven it's commercial value.

I only have a few stipulations:

1.  News of this project must be held strictly confidential. Communication
inside the group is encouraged, but all outside communication must be
cleared with me.
2.  You must be willing to test and evaluate the prototypes and
pre-production units and offer constructive suggestions for improvements.
3.  You must be willing to forward the prototypes on to other members of the
group.
4.  You must have a properly functioning K2 available.While not required,
either the KAF2 or KDSP2 would be an asset as it would allow testing with
other options that affect the audio chain.

As to the benefits for group members:

1.  Direct input into the development of a new product
2.  Public acknowledgement of your contributions
3.  Retention of the pre-production kit you assemble for your own use

To date, we have 4 members of the group. I am looking for a maximum of 2
more members.

your "Elecraft" and kit building experience).  If
you are selected, I'll send you a package that details the project work to
date.
