[Elecraft] Building KPA100 & upgrades?

I bought  the KPA100 over 16 months ago; got K2 with all options then. Am
planning on building the kit soon. Yeah, I know, nothing like
procrastination!  Since then several upgrades have taken place, i.e.,
Shieldkit, Modkt, Firmware upgrade.
I see on the web site a manual REV C, Feb 2004. My question is, can I use
this latest manual to build the KPA? Does it include the instructions that
are accomplished when doing the different mods? I am trying to cut down on
potential mistakes of looking at the manual, then trying to reference the
mod kits instructions to do things only once, correctly.
