There's a problem with some SO-239/PL259 connectors . . . the threads on
some brands are not quite the same pitch as on others and will loosen up
fairly quickly. I noticed this a couple years ago when using brands
labelled "Made In USA" started loosening up when used with Amphenol brands
. . . quickly switched (after much head scratching) to all Amphenol
connectors (including substituting Amphenol connectors to my K2/100 just to
be safe) if for no other reason it's a name brand and all the thread pitches
can be counted on.
A problem you may have is that the SO-239 on your W9INN connector may have
threads that are a little "off" from your other connectors. It's worth
checking out.
