Pse excuse a bit more bandwidth on the MFJ-4125 Power Supply. I have used the 4125 as a travel supply for 2 years with perfect success. It is the smallest and lightest 13.8 VDC. 25 amp max/22 amp continuous/ 85 - 135 or 170 - 160 VAC, 50/60 hz (easily switched between the two input AC voltage standards). It has worked FB in Europe and AK on several trips for QRP and QRO operation. I also have the SEC1223 and is a good supply but less easy to convert between 120 and 240 voltage ranges and is a bit larger and I use the Alinco DM-330 which can be selected for 120 or 240 voltage ranges but not both in one supply. As with all switching power supplies, they all generate some noise but the 4125 appears to better shielded, the 1223 is not bad, the 330 appears to generate the most noise but the images can be shifted out of the op range. If you need a 13.8 VDC 33 amp 120 AC PS the DM-330 is a great choice.
Disclaimer: Thru the mfg process all units are not equal and when describing personal experiences, each testbed is different. For example, when using well shielded equipment including a coaxial fed antenna remotely located from the rig and switching AC PS, often most of the switching power supply noise is not heard. Then there are QC issues and we have individual choices!!
