Tony,
The web page article about BPL that you sent as a link to the Elecraft
Reflector was most interesting. In fact it  seems to me to be the most
balanced article I have seen regarding this situation.  I tried to copy
it and send it to a  local computer magazine, "ComputorEdge" here in
Colorado Springs, which had an article with a different slant on the BPL
situation.  After much juggling around  I was finally able to make a copy
of the article and sent  it off (hopefully) to the local magazine without
it being returned to me. There must be an easier way. Anyway, perhaps you
could send a copy to the FCC.  Again, thanks much.
