[Elecraft] Frustration!

Folks,

The K2 can get you frustrated along with the fun.  EX8O was handing out
reports about 02:00 Z on 14.010.10.  I was reading him about S4 to S5, but
couldn't break the pileup.  I could hear him but I couldn't work him.  That
used to be very rare!  I must adjust to hearing and waiting for better band
conditions.

The stand for my K2 and KAT100 is my TS950SD.  I said to myself, I'll get
him with my 950.  I switched the antenna, turned on the 950, dialed up the
QRG and I could barely hear the guy.  I finally realized that I can hear
better with my K2, and I'm within 1 dB of the power of the big rig.  The 950
has truly become backup!  It couldn't help ,me work that guy one little bit.

I did notice with my 950 on and tuned a little off in a 250 HZ bandwidth
that my K2 has some first character clix and some others at weird times.
Anyone have the clix mod write-up handy?

I guess the old Kenwood has officially moved to the support radio for the
K2/100.  Never thought it would happen!
