[Elecraft] Results of control brd R1 adjustment

Hi folks -
In relation to the recent extensive "volume thread":
   While finishing up the I/O install on #3597 I adjusted R1 on the control
board to about 2.8v (vs 3.8v).....as others have reported this adjustment
brought the audio up beautifully in line with my K2/100 (well the K2/100 is
sold - but still here for comparison). The thread made it clear to me that
there are a number of items that can impact volume - which is why many have
had different and somewhat confusing experiences. Anyway for those who are
tinkering with volume, I found this adjustment works quite well!
