[Elecraft] Questions about chokes

I can answer this one. Having the silk-screen marking look
significantly different from a resistor or diode outline makes it much
easier for us when we lay out pc boards. Thus the outlines are made to
be unique from both resistors and small diodes. Other than that, there
is no significance to which way the choke markings are set. I generally
install chokes so that they look good in their alignment. They are not
polarized.
