[Elecraft] Volume

I have no problem with the volume from my K2 #3003.
However, I did set the AGC for no (or little) change in the noise floor.
This was suggested on the reflector quite some while ago.
I rarely turn my volume up beyond the 9:00 position - and then only when I'm
using my Brand "X" headphones. No problem with the Heil ProSet Plus.
