NE5DL was rattling my eardrums here in Northwest Georgia. I was hoping to
relay his checkin (to get him out of my headphones<g>). I'm not sure what
the procedure might be, but during a lull, I send "RELAY" a couple times and
heard nothing. So, I never relayed the checkin. I was probably too weak
anyhow (5W), but there should be a way to do tell NCS you hear someone he
doesn't.
