[Elecraft] KX1 and your favorite SWL band segments near 20/30/40 m

Bud, Dave and all -
  I'm curious - what do you think of the 2kHz bandwidth for SWL? Think it
would sound decent? I don't have an SWL rig at the moment with the real wide
filters and not much way to compare to a narrower filter like Wayne is
describing. What's you guess as tp how it would sound?
  Also, how exactly does crossbanding work on this rig?
