Cockroaches, Keith Richards, and 2N2222 transistors will survive.

You might want to plan to replace them at some point in time.  Even though 
they are working, if the rest of the semis died, they may have had their 
ticket (and/or their substrate) punched at the same time of the rest of the 
stuff did.
