I measure 1.45 ohms on L33.

If there is a break in the windings of L33 there should be enough
capacitance through L33 to allow the oscillator to run, but perhaps
at too high a frequency.  L33 will have to be fixed.

Since the windings on L33 are sort of glued on, they could be knicked
and cut through and you might not notice.  Look for any dings on the
surface of the the windings.
