[Elecraft] Problem with CAL PLL for 160 meters / INFO 232

I have a problem with the VCO linearisation during 160m alignement of K2 (No
3680)
The CAL PLL does not start but shows INFO 232 even though the 7 MHz
linearisation works fine.
VCO load caps and relais are so far OK but the VCO control voltage is 0.9 V
at 1.8 MHz.
Starting from 3.5 MHz in the VCO table the computed value for C75 should be
rather 515 pF
than the specified 470 pF. With 44pF in parallel to C75 the VCO control
voltage is
2.66V at 1.8 MHz and 6.2 V at 2.0 MHz. This seems to be OK but also with
this modification
the CAL PLL does start but after half a second K2 shows again INFO 232.
Can somebody please help me to cure this problem
