Just my 2 cents worth
All my returned mail and return receipts have
Attachments,  just always check what it is, before you click it
And make sure your anti-virus is up2date.

Just in case somebody doesn't know. This could be an attempt to get to
you. I've had such an attempt. The "returned email" IS the spoof. You
know what a real returned mail looks like. It won't look right, and will
have an attachment. Don't open the attachment.
