[Elecraft] ECN report for Sept 8, 2003

Conditions were pretty poor this evening. I handed out many S1 or less signal reports but we did check in 11 people. 14050 kHz was busy
as was 14051 kHz so we worked the ECN on 14052 kHz.

The list of the happy few were:

N4SO - Charles - AL
VE3XL - Ric - ON - Thanks for the relays.
W0CZ - Ken - ND
W1WCG - Frank - CT
KB2NB - William - NJ - Not sure here, I thought it was KB2ND but conditions were pretty bad.
AA3WF - Mychael - PA - Thanks for trying :)
KI0MZ - Steven - CO
KG6WP - Howard - CA
WA8SRT - Donald - MI
NF6Q - Fernando - CA
ZL1TW - Ron - NZ - Another DX station for ECN. Thanks Ron!

I didn't have a relay in the center or in the Southwest or in the Southeast of the US. I did have relay help in Ontario and in Pennsylvania.
But the conditions were fairly poor. The best I heard anyone was in Ontario. VE3XL was S5 at times. It felt like there was cotton in my
ears.

Thank you very much for hanging in there with me tonight. I appreciate your patience.

Next week we are going to try something that might be fun. My YL came up with this idea to change the mix a little. More later :)
