Any candidate who can generate as much buzz as Wayne has with his hints 
will certainly win a plurality of the vote.

On the other hand, Wayne has probably generated enough buzz to be 
elected himself!

On the third hand, however, he must have been too busy with the new 
product to file timely.

And besides, if elected he would be forced by his Elecraft constituents 
to resign. They couldn't wait that long for the next product off Wayne's 
Workbench.
