Now there's an unusual situation but this will probably remedy it:
Hold both BAND+ and BAND- buttons to use direct frequency entry.
Then enter 3500 and the rig should switch all the relays to 80m.
Retune the VFO to match. Direct enter 7000 and so forth.

This reminds me of the fellow who put in the K160RX and kept tuning
downward until the display read F, then E, then D, etc...!

Weird things can happen!
